His bail conditions after the reconsideration were quite clear and
specific whether or not they found more child pornography on his
computer.

Order of Release and shall also be prohibited from directly or

Darn, I ran across an article about someone who was convicted of
posting something on the Internet and the conviction was overturned
by SCOTUS on First Amendment grounds. I was gonna post it but
Frank was already gone and I figured all I would do was stir up the
resident troll.
Now I can't find the darn thing, think I know where I got it though.
Have to hunt for it.
