Hi there friends.
Just to keep you updated.
My court case was on Yesterday.
As you know I was charged with posting 64 KP on January 2000. As we all
know this was a lie as I never have posted pictures..
The cops withdraw those charges but presented 4 Pictures of my kids in the
nude. The where some 6-13 years old pictures.
I was also charged wit possession of illegal publications, namely stories of
Frank McCoy.
Sorry mate..I never had a change to read them.
I pleaded guilty to that as they showed them in court.
I was given 6 months ..fully suspended , wit a 2 years good behavior bond.
I hope you are all well...and be careful. OK.

To be *convicted* of merely *possessing* a story, of any

kind,

let

alone one of my love-stories ....
I presume it's also illegal to possess stories that tell of
governments being overthrown?
How about stories that tell about murder, rape, torture,
dismemberment, genocide, terrorism, bombing, hate,

mutilation?

No?
Only stories that deal with unnapproved kinds of sex?

What can I say?
Posting this also (but not cross-posting) to my fan-group.

The investigating Cops had a lot of fun reading all those

stories.

There

was

a huge foldre of them from 1997-8.
Lister wanted to have them translated to Japanese for that

market

and

was

to

nogotiate with you.
Well he died before he could do that and now the cops have

all

the

fun.

Well ... Most (not all) of them are in the Public Domain; so

no

negotiation was needed.
Several have been translated to other languages already ...

Though

I'm

not aware of any Japanese translations; and don't know where

to

find

most of the rest.

Well the Cops liked them. They will not give the, back.

Not to worry. They're on my website (and several other people's
websites as well).
Don't want you getting in trouble by going looking though. ;-{
But the stories, Lord knows, are easy enough to find.
Just look for my name.
Or, look for "incest", "preg", and "pedo".

I know where they are Frank, But I had them in my place sice 1997-8

and

never had time to read them so I guess I do not have any more time

now,

But I guess the cops read this so they can go and get some more. I

do

not

think I had them all.
Lister did take one folder of them with him and he told me his 14

year

old

Daughter got to them..and loved them.

Glad she did.
I wouldn't personally *give* them to a young person; but if any

found

them and liked them, I'm not unhappy about it. They're all

basically

love-stories.

Anyway kids do have more sence than Cops.
By the way ..I got to buy you that beer I promissed you years ago.

I despise Pepsi. It's too weak, and too sweet.
(The very reason Pepsi often won in "taste tests" that led to Coke?
starting the "New Coke? disaster. It was even weaker AND sweeter
than Pepsi. If I'd wanted Pepsi, I would have BOUGHT Pepsi. Besides,
there already WAS an even weaker and sweeter cola on the market: RC.
Ick.)
Out here, "Sam's Choice", a cola marketed by WalMart and Sam's Club,
is a not-too-bad imitation.

Sweppes ( I do not think that is spelled right} had a Cola and it was
actually very good. I do not know what happened to it ..it seem to have
gone.

Of course, the fact that 7-Up was better, might have done something.

Tell him not to worry. I am OK and am not worried about the Pigs. My
sentence was suspended anyway.
