I don't think anyone's heard from Frank since he left for Georgia.

The only reasonable conclusion is that his bail was revoked and he is
being held in custody, pending trial.

Either that, or he's been released on his own recognizance, with the
proviso that he not go on the net. I sincerely hope that it is the latter,
and not the former.

My suspicions also, although I searched for related atories in the
Georgia on-line newspapers and was unable to find anything.
I would have thought there would have been something but
perhaps I was using the wrong keywords in my search.
